Job Description

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Global Qual + Quant Pharma Project Manager who will assist with executing FUEL??s global fieldwork including in-person, virtual and quantitative research. The candidate must be reliable, able to work independently, and be an effective communicator to all levels of management, vendors, and teams; the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and have a high level of attention to detail will be critical.

The Role

?? Liaise with global vendors to coordinate and conduct qualitative and quantitative pharmaceutical research as well as consumer and professional research as needed.

?? Manage qualitative and quantitative market research projects through entire project life cycle including all aspects of managing clients, partners, healthcare professional sample, and consumer sample as needed.

?? Work directly with various partners to set-up and test survey links and redirects, conduct quality/audit checks, and all other components of online quantitative research.

?? Ensure all global vendors have the information and materials they need to execute projects effectively.

?? Run daily checks on the status of assigned projects, together with the client, external supplier, ensuring that project timeline and quality parameters are strictly observed.

?? Communicate status of projects and any potential challenges to our global clients and internal team.

?? Troubleshoot fieldwork issues and recommend solutions to our global clients and internal team.

?? Handle administrative tasks associated with projects, including monitoring financials and closing out projects.

?? Serve as a knowledge resource and consultant for other team members and client teams on their projects.

?? Help with other duties as assigned
