Key Responsibilities

?? Ensure timely processing of claims and applications by accurately entering all necessary data.
?? Enter customer and account information into the relevant fields within the database software.
?? Identify and rectify errors using established quality control procedures.
?? Review data for inconsistencies and seek additional information for incomplete records.
?? Alert the appropriate department leadership if there are issues with data acceptance in the system.
?? Maintain a daily log of production to document all time and work accurately.
?? Execute other duties as assigned by management.
