Hourly Rate: $19 - $21
Overview:
The Oswego School District is seeking motivated and compassionate Paraprofessionals/Aides to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive educational environment and make a meaningful impact on students' lives.
Key Responsibilities: Assist teachers in the classroom with instructional activities. Provide support to students with diverse needs, both academically and behaviorally. Facilitate small group and individual tutoring sessions. Help maintain a positive classroom atmosphere. Collaborate with educators to implement individualized learning plans.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in education or child development preferred. Experience working in a school or educational setting is a plus. Strong communication and teamwork skills. A passion for supporting student growth and learning.
