Work Schedule: This is a remote position with flexible work hours. Candidates must be able to manage their own schedule effectively while meeting deadlines and targets.

Team Collaboration: You will work closely with the HR team, recruitment managers, and other departments to ensure alignment on job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment strategies.

Responsibilities:

Manage and update job postings on various online platforms and job boards.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create accurate and compelling job descriptions.

Monitor and report on job posting performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Assist in the scheduling and coordination of interviews and other recruitment-related activities.

Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely responses and support throughout the application process.

Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment tools.

Stay current with industry trends and best practices in online recruitment and remote work.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment coordination or a similar role, preferably in a remote work setting.

Strong proficiency in using online job boards, ATS, and other recruitment software.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

Experience with CVS Health’s recruitment processes and systems.

Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies and tools.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a remote team.
