They are seeking an experienced immigration attorney to join the team! Key Responsibilities...
?? Represent clients before USCIS (United States Citizenship & Immigration Services), EOIR (Executive Office for Immigration Review) offices
?? Manage cases related to family-based visa petitions such as I-130s/I-485s
?? Provide legal counsel on issues like deportation defense or waivers
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have;
?? Juris Doctorate degree with active membership at any state bar.
?? At least two years practicing exclusively within U.S. family based immigrant visas laws
?? Excellent written/verbal skills
?? Spanish speaking is a plus

Compensation:
?? Base: $85k
