Key Responsibilities

Address and resolve client issues or concerns about loan accounts, payments, and transactions promptly.
Ensure timely follow-up on all customer requests and inquiries.
Accurately document client interactions within our CRM system.

Required Skills
Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, ideally in loan services, banking, or financial services.
