Ruffini Engineering Services INC. is seeking a highly motivated entry-level structural/civil engineer with a passion for learning and growing in a dynamic startup environment. This position offers hands-on experience with a variety of residential and commercial engineering projects.
Responsibilities: Assist in the design and analysis of structural components for residential and commercial projects. Support senior engineers with project management tasks, including scheduling, inspections, and reporting. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers on multi-disciplinary teams. Prepare calculations, drawings, and technical documents for project designs.
Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or currently pursuing a degree). Familiarity with AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting/design software. ... Eagerness to learn, with a strong work ethic and attention to detail. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
