- What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-3 years of work experience in a related role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows Operating Systems

- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong technical and data entry skills, including proficiency with a 10-key touchpad
- Proven ability to navigate multiple systems and customer service platforms simultaneously
