Requirements
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
?? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
?? Proficiency in using computers and navigating various software applications
?? Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
?? Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
?? A quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions
Responsibilities
?? Answer incoming calls and respond to customer emails
?? Assist customers with booking, changes, and cancellations of flights
?? Provide information on flight schedules, delays, and other inquiries
?? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
?? Update and maintain customer records
