• Basic salary of £27k, rising with each promotion

The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
• Researching and cold-calling prospective clients
• Attending client meetings and understanding hiring briefs
• Sourcing excellent candidates throughout headhunting on LinkedIn and using the company database of passive candidates
• Manging the whole interview process – preparing candidates for interviews, booking in meetings, negotiating the best package, closing the deal
• Building an online presence and posting relevant content
• Working towards individual and team targets

• Degree educated OR a background in sales
• Genuine drive to build a successful career for yourself in recruitment
• Money motivated with financial goals you’ve sent yourself
• Confidence speaking with a range of individuals both on and off the phone
