• **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to enhance customer service processes and implement innovative solutions.
• **Feedback Loop:** Provide constructive feedback to management regarding common customer issues, trends, and suggestions for product or service enhancement.

• **Education:** High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or relevant certification preferred.
• **Experience:** Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field, particularly in a remote or chat-based capacity is preferred.
• **Technical Skills:** Proficient in using computers and various software applications, including live chat systems, email, and MS Office Suite.
