Requirements
?? High school diploma or equivalent required
?? Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
?? Strong problem-solving abilities
?? Ability to work independently and as part of a team
?? Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
?? Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
?? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Educational Qualifications
