Job Description

### Requirements

1. High school diploma or equivalent.

2. Proficiency in basic computer applications, especially Microsoft Office.

3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

4. Ability to navigate the Internet, email, and chat tools.

5. Problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

7. Must be at least 18 years old.

### Responsibilities

1. Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries.

2. Resolve customer issues using provided tools and resources.

3. Process customer orders and handle returns efficiently.

4. Assist customers with tracking their orders and updating account details.

5. Collaborate with different departments to resolve complex issues.

6. Maintain customer satisfaction and uphold the company’s standards.

7. Provide accurate and complete information to resolve customers’ questions and complaints.
