- Assist members with pharmacy benefit plans through inbound calls
- Provide information on prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
- Receive necessary training to handle client and member inquiries
- Offer solutions to simplify members' healthcare experience
- Learn more about healthcare and open doors to additional opportunities within the company
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1 year experience interacting with customers
- Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred
- Ability to problem solve in a positive, productive manner
- Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 6 months of healthcare experience
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way
- Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
- Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
