What you’ll be doing...

The Program/Project Manager will be the AI&D lead supporting the Autonomous Network and Analytics organization’s clients. The Project Manager will be the central coordination point across all AI&D development partners which include Data Engineering, Data Governance, AI Center (Data Scientists), Internal Network Enablement Catalysts and Data Scientists.. The Project Manager will help drive requirements definition, scope / impact assessment and delivery execution. The Project Manager will influence and partner with business and technology stakeholders across the organization to build consensus, develop a technology solution and implementation timelines. Position will need to work with and strategize savings initiative goals, guide and work across the Network Enablement functions to ensure we meet our TO targets and initiatives.

Facilitating the intake, organization, and prioritization of projects and Use Cases
Driving the development and application of new technologies focused on AI and Big Data
Leading cross-functional initiatives, developing action plans, establishing milestones, and providing status updates
Managing and communicating key timelines and deliverables to execute on strategic initiatives
Driving reqts sessions, Scope and impact assessment, Developing/communicating project schedules.
Defining and coordinating resources needed from across AI&D to enable effective execution of goals
Analyzing and managing project risk. Develop risk mitigation plan
Defining and managing Autonomous Network and Analytics roadmap in line with strategic vision and priorities
Clearing communication up and down the organization on project status.
Identifying opportunities to accelerate value capture within the Transformation program. Developing action plans, secure owners, and identifying mechanisms to validate value capture.
Overseeing the portfolio of projects to ensure these are being executed at full potential,
Ensuring the various AI&D Dev Teams deliver on their commitments and that the overall portfolio delivers on both the operational metrics as well as the financial benefits.
Ensuring alignment and communication across divisions, including variance reporting, budget risks and opportunities, timing, and savings calendarization.

You’ll need to have:

Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Six or more years of relevant work experience.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

Demonstrated experience leading medium to large scale complex technology projects.
Agile, SAFe, Scrum, GCP (Other Cloud Based Platforms)
Familiar with Network Cellular Technologies
Comprehensive understanding of how field organizations operate, a plus
AI / ML experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong product development capabilities in an enterprise or cross-functional role
Strong Project Management/Scrum Master capabilities in a development environment
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, Clarity, Quickbase, Smartsheets)
