Job Description
As an Entry Level Remote Employee with Delta Airlines, you will play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction and support operations from the comfort of your home. You will engage with customers through various communication channels, addressing inquiries and providing information about flights, services, and policies. In this position, you will also assist with reservation management, ticket changes, and refunds, ensuring a seamless travel experience for our passengers.
