Data Entry Coordinator - Workers Comp - Remote
?? WORKERS COMP UTILIZATION REVIEW - EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
?? Manage and interact with Client and Clients staff on a daily basis
?? Assist with all client issue resolution in a timely manner...
?? Receive via fax, e-mail, referrals (prospective, retrospective, concurrent, reconsiderations, and appeals) from providers and adjusters with requests for treatment, enter into proprietary software, and follow-through process until completed.
?? Obtain authorization from adjusters to proceed with the review for all provider referrals when required.
?? Assign UR requests to a physician reviewer based on protocols and state guidelines.
?? Pay close attention to detail and be timely with all responses either via telephone or email
?? Other duties as assigned:
?? Keep various logs
?? NOTE: Intake coordinators are subject to periodic, random QA reviews of their work for accuracy and adherence to protocol and best practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
