Job Description:

The Customer Support Agent will play a crucial role in enhancing our customers?? experience by providing high-quality service in a timely manner. You will interact directly with customers via telephone, email, chat, or social media to provide information about products or services, take orders, answer questions, and handle complaints.

Responsibilities:

?? Interact with customers through various platforms to address inquiries and resolve issues.

?? Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.

?? Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints in a timely and accurate manner.

Requirements:
