What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? Must reside within 90 miles of Idaho Falls, Twin Falls, or Pocatello
?? High school diploma or equivalent
?? Strong communication skills and a passion for serving others
?? Experience in customer service, problem-solving, and education on products/services
?? Ability to navigate multiple computer software systems and strong keyboarding skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?? Knowledge of banking and financial services is a plus
?? Experience in a remote work environment
?? Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass a Spanish language assessment
