Description
As a Data Entry Clerk at FedEx, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our customer and shipment data. This position requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and verifying data in our systems, and ensuring that our records are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position
Excellent typing skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Responsibilities
Enter and update data in various systems and databases
Verify data for accuracy and completeness
Identify and correct errors in data entries
Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed
Communicate with team members to resolve discrepancies
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Educational Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional certifications or training in data entry or related fields are a plus.
