Job Description:

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Delta Airlines, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your role will be to provide assistance with booking, inquiries, and problem resolution, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for all passengers. You will work closely with various departments to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: ?? Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, or chat. ?? Assist customers with booking flights, changes, cancellations, and refunds. ??
