Are you a motivated and enthusiastic individual looking to support a dynamic team? We're seeking a Part-Time Virtual Assistant to join our thriving managed services provider. This role starts at 20 hours per week with the potential to transition to full-time for the right candidate. While this position is remote, candidates based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones are preferred.

Administrative Support

What You'll Be Doing:
?? Manage email correspondence and schedule appointments.
?? Assist with contracts, quotes, and pricing.
?? Handle bill payments and financial record management.
?? Perform data entry and organization tasks in HubSpot.

Content And Communication
?? Post engaging content on various platforms.
?? Conduct LinkedIn outreach and build new connections.

Vendor Management
?? Research and manage vendor relationships.
?? Handle procurement tasks as needed.

Project Assistance
?? Support ad-hoc projects and ongoing initiatives.
?? Plan and organize team events, client meetings, and social activities.
?? Advocate for our company and assist with award submissions.

Leadership Support
?? Take notes and help keep leadership organized.
?? Ensure clear communication within the team and with external partners.

What We're Looking For

Location: Preferably based in the Central or Mountain Time Zones.

Experience: Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role is a plus.

Skills
?? Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
?? Strong written and verbal communication skills.
?? Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
?? Ability to work independently and proactively.
