The Inside Sales Representative, ??ISR??, is responsible for customer relationship building to convert sales. The ISR will establish timely contact with qualified leads, educate customers and proactively manage their pipeline to generate new business from both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will manage high production volume with focus and effectiveness to win over customers with charisma, intelligence and knowledge of home repairs, renovations and maintenance. High performers will be offered opportunities to develop as a licensed real estate salesperson after successful completion of one year of employment and compensated with an uncapped commission structure for exceeding targets.

?? Proactively initiate contact and ongoing customer care to increase sales conversions
?? Meet monthly sales and production goals
?? Improve sales skills on an ongoing basis to increase success rate
?? Remote sales experience
?? Entrepreneurial drive
?? Willingness to learn and grow in a fast pace environment
?? Strong communication skills
?? Real estate experience a plus
?? Four year degree a plus, sales experience will offset
