Job Description

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting them with their travel plans, answering inquiries, and resolving any issues that arise. Requirements

• High-speed internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace.


• Previous customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with baggage claims, check-in processes, and general travel information.


• Resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure a high level of satisfaction.


• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Delta??s services, policies, and procedures.


• Document customer interactions and escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary.

Educational Qualifications
