Requirements: ?? Master's degree in Special Education or a related field ?? Current Michigan Special Education Teaching Certification ?? Previous experience in a special education setting, with a deep understanding of various disabilities ?? Understanding of remote teaching tools and platforms (e.g., Zoom, Google Classroom, Microsoft Teams) ?? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal ?? Proficient organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment

Responsibilities: ?? Create and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to the needs of each student ?? Provide engaging and differentiated instruction through remote platforms to accommodate various learning styles and abilities ?? Take advantage of technology to create interactive and accessible learning materials ?? Record and assess student progress regularly, adjusting instructional strategies as needed to support student success ?? Cooperate with parents, guardians, and school staff to maintain open lines of communication ?? Administer support and guidance to students to help them develop self-advocacy and organizational skills ?? Actively participate in remote team meetings and professional development sessions
