The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service support during the 12-9 PM EST shift. Requirements
Proven customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting

Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Flexibility to work the 12-9 PM EST shift
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Follow up on customer complaints and ensure complete resolution
