Job Description
Responsibilities

Requirements
?? High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
?? Prior customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment.
?? Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
?? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
?? Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
?? Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace.
?? Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to navigate multiple systems.
