• Arrive at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
• Follow written and oral instructions during discussions
• Complete written surveys provided for each panel
• Use products or services as necessary and be prepared to discuss them prior to meetings

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
• Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
• Desire to fully participate in focus group discussions
• Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
• Previous call center representative agent experience is not necessary
