Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic E-Commerce Advertising Manager to join our Marketing team. As a candidate with a strong background and experience in e-commerce advertising, you will lead our advertising strategy to grow the marketplace presence for our portfolio of clients on Amazon, and other platforms such as Walmart and/or Target +. The proper candidate will be responsible for building brand awareness and generating high quality traffic to drive sales by maximizing opportunities and executing targeted strategies. The Marketplace Advertising Manager will own the day-to-day management of campaigns, strategize new product launches and proactively come up with tailored solutions to expand our brand’s reach.

As we expand our portfolio of clients, this role will be critical in providing valuable insight into advertising opportunities, volume forecasting, and ad spend recommendations that lead to healthy revenue growth. A successful candidate should possess the analytical skills to identify trends, report on the brand’s business performance and excel in cross-platform ad management. Additionally, they should have the confidence to work independently, as well as have a desire to be a critical player on a stellar marketing team. The Advertising Manager will report to our Director of Marketing, though collaborating closely with the Marketing, Business Development and Operations teams.

What you'll do:

· Foster rapport during weekly interaction with clients, both on the phone and over email

· Build, drive, and optimize successful marketing campaigns within various retail media ad consoles for a roster of eCommerce clients

· Work with brand manager team and clients to discuss marketing plans, budgets and promotions.

· Educate our partners on KPIs, interpret trends, deliver performance metrics, and make recommendations based on marketplace data.

· Effectively manage monthly advertising budgets based on client’s goals and product margins.

· Develop processes for effective new product launches.

· Coordinate with the design team to launch new ad creatives.

· Report on campaign results, analyze data and effectively make data-driven decisions to improve performance and drive revenue.

· Closely monitor competitors and category trends, conduct keyword research and expansion.

· Manage and maintain marketplace promotions to maximize growth.

What you'll need:

· 1-2 years Marketplaces experience (Criteo, Walmart, Instacart, Amazon etc)

· Understanding of Marketplace profitability calculations (seller categories, fulfillment methods, product margins etc.)

· Excellent analytical skills, and ability to communicate trends and tell a story with data.

· Ability to speak with CEO's, VPs, and Directors to deliver performance metrics.

· Demonstrate the ability to be self-motivated and work independently, as well as part of a team in a dynamic and agile environment.

· Manage and prioritize several tasks and deliverables.

· Outstanding communication skills and strong attention to detail.
