Working Hours

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide technical support for Apple products and services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues.
• Document customer interactions and solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Apple products.
• Assist customers with product setup and configuration.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and follow up on unresolved issues.

Hourly Salary Range

$25 – $45 per hour

Job Requirements
• Previous customer service experience, preferably with Apple products.
• Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable internet connection for remote work.
