What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Simplify customer billing explanations and perform basic troubleshooting for service issues
Maintain customer records and utilize multiple tools and systems for service inquiries
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Previous call center or customer service experience
Flexibility to work any schedule during operational hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Reliable internet service and a dedicated work area to support business needs
Ability to comply with organizational security and performance standards
Must be available and accountable to work during established schedules

Experience with sales in a customer service environment
Familiarity with telecommunications products and services
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
