Sales-Focused Call Center Agent - Customer Service Specialist

Key Details
?? Training Schedule: Full-time training from 11 AM - 7 PM (Eastern Time Zone)
?? Shift Options: Choose from 11 AM - 7 PM, 2 PM - 10 PM, or 3 PM - 11 PM EST
?? Days Off: One weekday and Sunday (determined by start date)
?? Training Duration: 1 Week of Training followed by 1-2 Weeks of Nesting
?? Compensation: $11/hour plus commission (non-negotiable)
Technical Requirements
?? Computer with Windows 10 or higher (NO Chromebooks, Winbooks, or Macs)
?? High-speed Internet with a minimum speed of 50 download/10 upload
?? 128GB storage with 20GB free space
?? 4GB RAM installed
?? Ethernet connection (WiFi is not acceptable)
?? USB headset with volume control, mute button, and microphone
?? Webcam
?? Reliable attendance (100% required during the first 2 weeks)
?? Background check may be required
