Job Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Assist customers with questions regarding Disney products, services, and experiences. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with empathy and enthusiasm, turning every interaction into a magical experience. Utilize Disney's customer service systems and tools to accurately document interactions and follow up as needed. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences. Stay up-to-date on Disney products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements: Passion for Disney and a genuine desire to create magical experiences for customers. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems and tools simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to resolve customer issues. Customer service experience preferred, but not required. Comfortable working remotely and independently with minimal supervision. Must have a reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to remote work.
