Key Responsibilities: ?? Provide prompt and professional customer support via live chat. ?? Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues with accuracy and empathy. ?? Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems effectively. ?? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best possible customer experience. ?? Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Amazon's products, services, and policies. ?? Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.

Qualifications: ?? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ?? Customer-centric attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional service. ?? Ability to multitask and navigate multiple software applications. ?? Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting. ?? Basic computer skills and familiarity with online shopping. ?? High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred but not required).
