### Key Responsibilities

### Qualifications
?? Proven experience in sales or customer service, with a demonstrable passion for exceeding client expectations.
?? Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively explain complex insurance products.
?? Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
?? Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills while also thriving in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
?? An active Arkansas Health/Life insurance license is required.
?? Experience with Healthcare Marketplace plans is advantageous.
?? Willingness to obtain Non-Resident State licenses, with expenses covered by the employer, is a plus.

?? **Compensation**: $20 per hour base salary, with commission opportunities making the On-Target Earnings (OTE) exceed $75,000.
