What you will be doing...
Managing live chat inquiries on a business??s website.
Handling questions regarding discount codes, refund policies, and other customer queries with a ready-to-use knowledge base and supportive supervision for more complex issues.
Experience Required:
None! We provide full training to prepare you for success in this role.
Contract Length: Open, with no fixed term.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/Background Needed:
Access to a device capable of accessing social media and website chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop).
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Must be able to multitask and follow detailed instructions.
Must have at least 20+ hours of availability per week.
Must have a reliable internet connection.
Hours per Week: 20 ?? 40 hours
Location: Fully remote; candidates from the United States are preferred.
