We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Chat Support Agent to join our team. As a Chat Support Agent, you will provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers through live chat, resolving their inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:

?? Respond to customer inquiries and issues via live chat

?? Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner

?? Provide product and service information to customers

?? Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with guidance from senior agents

?? Document customer interactions and update records in our database

?? Meet and exceed customer satisfaction and performance targets

?? Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

?? Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company updates through training and development programs

Requirements:

?? 1-2 years of experience in customer service or chat support

?? Excellent communication... typing, and problem-solving skills

?? Ability to work independently in a remote setting

?? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

?? Proficiency in chat software and technology

?? High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
