We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance, answering questions, and resolving issues through live chat. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications: ?? High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree is a plus. ?? Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a live chat environment. ?? Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and grammar. ?? Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. ?? Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. ?? Proficiency with computers and ability to learn new software quickly. ?? Strong typing skills with accuracy and speed. ?? Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
