Customer Service Representative ? Chat Support (Remote / No Experience)
We are currently on the lookout for dynamic, service-oriented individuals to join our e-Commerce Customer Service Department. Whether part-time or full-time, you will be the heartbeat of brand support, handling inquiries with precision and care via live chat and email. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding customer service while working from anywhere in the world?especially if... you?re... in the United States. With full training provided, no previous experience is needed.
As a live chat assistant, you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business?s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level live chat jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid live chat work before.
Location: Remote work online worldwide (United States preferred).
