We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Representative to join Aetna remote team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Key Responsibilities: ?? Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. ?? Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. ??... Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently. ?? Escalate issues to appropriate departments when necessary. ??
