Job Summary: As a Virtual Customer Care... Professional, you will be the face of American Express, providing world-class service to our customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression of the company. Key Responsibilities: ?? * Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat ?? * Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner ?? * Educate customers about American Express products and services ?? * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies ?? * Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments ?? * Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily ?? * Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system ??
