Job Summary:

The Data Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting complex data sets to help organizations make informed decisions. This role involves gathering data from various sources, performing statistical analyses, and presenting findings in a clear and actionable manner. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate insights effectively.

Key Responsibilities: • Data Collection and Management: • Collect and manage data from internal and external sources. • Ensure data integrity and accuracy by performing data cleansing and validation. • Data Analysis: • Conduct statistical analysis and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. • Use data analysis tools and techniques to generate meaningful reports and visualizations. • Reporting: • Prepare and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to... stakeholders. • Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis findings. • Collaboration: • Work with various departments to understand their data needs and objectives. • Collaborate with team members to develop and refine data-driven strategies. • Tool and Technique Utilization: • Utilize data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R, BI tools like Tableau or Power BI) to perform analyses. • Stay updated with the latest data analysis techniques and technologies. • Problem Solving: • Identify and troubleshoot data-related issues and inconsistencies. • Provide solutions and improvements for data management processes.

Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or additional certifications are a plus. • Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role; experience with data analysis tools and techniques is preferred. • Skills: • Proficiency in data analysis software and tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Python, R, BI tools). • Strong analytical and statistical skills with the ability to interpret complex data. • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. • Effective communication skills with the ability to present data-driven insights clearly. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:
