We are in search of a Part Time Customer Service Representative who will be based in Southbury, Connecticut. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity in a remote setting. The successful candidate will primarily be engaged in outbound calling, client engagement, and booking appointments, providing essential support to our team and customers.

?? Utilize Microsoft Excel and Outlook to manage and track customer interactions and data
?? Maintain a professional phone etiquette at all times, representing our team positively
?? Use basic office equipment and skills to complete daily tasks
?? Proactively resolve customer inquiries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
?? Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions when necessary
?? Maintain customer credit records with accuracy and efficiency
?? Process customer applications, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
?? Work within a flexible schedule, providing customer service support during designated hours.?? Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook
?? Basic understanding of office equipment and office skills
?? Experience in outbound sales is a must
?? Ability to manage scheduling and booking appointments effectively
?? Familiarity with calendar management tools for scheduling appointments
?? Excellent phone etiquette is required
?? Customer service experience is highly valued
