- National NP certification in Adult/Gerontology, Family, or Womens Health
- NCMP certification (preferred)
- 5+ NP state licenses preferred, or 3+ NP state licenses with strong Womens Health and Menopausal Hormone Therapy (MHT) background
- 2+ years of direct patient care in Womens Health with MHT expertise
- Telehealth or startup experience (preferred)
