- What is Required (Qualifications):

- Exceptional customer service and active listening skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor
- Proficiency with computers and CRM software, along with strong typing skills
- Ability to manage time effectively and make sound decisions
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional education or experience in customer service may be beneficial
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Experience in sales or recommendations for products and services
