What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Troubleshoot, install, and support customers on software and hardware equipment
• Provide courteous and knowledgeable troubleshooting support via phone, email, and in person
• Ensure timely and accurate setup of all systems
• Test systems to ensure functionality
• Maintain detailed documentation in the ticketing system
What is Required (Qualifications):
• 2+ years of Networking and/or Customer Service Experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
• Associates Degree in a relevant field and 1+ years of experience OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of Networking Experience
• 2+ years of customer service experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• 0-2 years of experience as a Support Technician in a technology-related field
