Title Lead Communications Consultant, Human Resources Job Description Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Communications Consultant to join the HR Communications Team. You will drive employee-facing communications for company-wide initiatives. In this role, you will partner with leaders across HR and with other communicators developing multichannel communications programs to enhance the employee and manager experience. You will work collaboratively to translate business priorities into content that informs, engages, and inspires employees across the company. This position offers a hybrid work schedule and can be located in Charlotte, NC, Minneapolis, MN, Des Moines, IA, Washington DC, New York, NY, Dallas, TX, or St. Louis, MO. In this role, you will: Serve as a trusted communications advisor to HR leaders and teams Develop and implement communications plans and tactics aligned to business priorities Identify strategic storytelling opportunities that promote HR key initiatives Write and... edit a variety of content for diverse audiences, including key messages, emails, enterprise stories, and talking points Lead innovative approaches to enhance employee engagement; optimize communications for maximum impact Assist with employee-facing events, including event invitations, distribution lists and feedback reporting Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives Partner with other communicators and SMEs to ensure alignment of communications strategies and messaging Manage communication reviews and approval processes to meet standards and mitigate risk Depending on the volume of applications received, this job posting may be removed prior to the indicated close date.
