• Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and returns related to Home Goods products at Walmart
• Utilize sales techniques to enhance customer experience and drive sales
• Perform data entry accurately and efficiently to update customer information
• Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable Home Goods products
• Conduct outbound calling to promote special offers and new products
• Uphold phone etiquette standards while communicating with customers
• Provide bilingual support in English and Spanish as needed
• Demonstrate upselling skills to increase sales revenue
Experience:
• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role is preferred
• Proficiency in English and Spanish is a plus
• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
• Ability to analyze customer preferences and offer tailored solutions
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
• Prior experience in outbound calling or telemarketing is advantageous
