What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
?? Handle incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors' offices
?? Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly
?? Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures
?? Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
What Is Required (Qualifications)
?? High School Diploma or GED
?? 1 year of customer service experience
?? Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
?? Strong PC skills and ability to multitask
?? Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
?? Call center experience in the Healthcare industry
?? Previous work-from-home experience
?? Fluency in Spanish
