- Process assigned cases within the allowed time frame
- Manage workflow and tasks effectively
- Ensure accuracy and highest quality assurance standards
- Knowledgeable of assigned processes
- Effective communication with manager and peers
- What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
- At least 1 year of experience in MS Office or Google Suite
- At least 1 year of banking experience
- Secure home office environment free from background noise and distractions
- Reliable private internet connection not via cellular data or hotspot
- How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- At least 2 years of banking experience
